Terms and Conditions

As the lead guest at "Vacuna Pleasant Rooms - Vomero", I accept the following terms and agree to comply with them:

1. Responsibility for furnishings and items on the property

I take full responsibility for the furnishings, appliances, items, indoor spaces, and common areas for the entire duration of the stay, until the keys are returned. In case of damage, loss, or deterioration, I agree to cover the costs of repair or replacement, which may be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Essential inventory of furnishings and devices present on the property (which will be checked at check-out):

• Interior furnishings (2 double beds, sofa, dining table with 6 stools, 2 desks, 2 televisions; Tablet; 2 x Fire TVs; Nuki Smart Lock);
• Appliances and kitchen utensils (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction plates, 4-piece set of pots, 6-piece set of crockery and cutlery);
• Service devices (2 air conditioners, boiler).

2. No party or event policy

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, events, or meetings involving external persons not registered at check-in. Any additional guest beyond those declared during booking must be communicated and authorized by the host. In case of violation of this clause, the host will immediately terminate the provision of overnight services, resulting in the cancellation of the stay.

3. Respect for public quiet and good coexistence

I commit, for the entire duration of the stay, to not disturbing the public quiet and to respecting the rules of civil coexistence. The quiet hours to be observed are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. I will be personally responsible for any disturbance caused by myself or by members of my group.

4. Terms of Use and Access to the Property

Subletting or granting the use of the property to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment, is prohibited. Only guests registered at the time of check-in are authorized to stay. Any unauthorized access by third parties constitutes a violation of this agreement. Additionally, neither the Vacuna brand nor the property itself may be used for work or commercial purposes without a written request from the Guest and the express approval of the Management.

5. Obligation to report damages and malfunctions

I commit to promptly reporting to the host any damage, malfunction, or defect encountered during the stay, so that timely measures can be taken. Failure to report damages or malfunctions may result in charges for the necessary repairs.

6. Cleaning and condition of the property at check-out

At the end of the stay, I commit to returning the house in the same condition of cleanliness and order as it was delivered. Regular cleaning is included, but any extraordinary cleaning costs caused by negligence or carelessness will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee. The guest has the right to be present during the check-out inspection.  

7. Return of keys and responsibility for locks

I agree to return the property’s keys at the agreed-upon time. In case of loss or failure to return the keys, I agree to cover the costs of replacing the locks and keys.

8. No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor areas. In case of violation of this clause, I agree to cover the costs of extraordinary cleaning to remove the smell of smoke and any damages.

9. External Area Cameras

I am aware of the presence of cameras in the external areas of the property; I consent to their possible live and/or recorded monitoring by authorized personnel, for the protection of guests and the property, strictly within the scope of their role and function. I also consent to the storage of the recordings for no longer than 30 days, unless there is a justified and proven reason. 

10. Host liability waiver

I release the host VACUNA from any liability for damages and/or accidents to persons and/or things that may occur during the stay due to improper use of the spaces or causes attributable to the guests. I commit to using the house with common sense and in compliance with safety

11. Inspection and Check-out

I am aware that at the time of check-out, the property staff will conduct an inspection of the condition of the premises and compliance with this agreement. I also acknowledge that I may be present during this process and authorize it to be carried out in my absence in the event of an early departure. 

12. Guarantee and Compensation

I expressly consent to the pre-authorization and/or collection of funds—during and after the stay—from the credit card I provided, to cover any damages to the property, missing items, extraordinary cleaning costs, failure to return keys, or any other damage attributable to misuse of the property or a violation of the aforementioned terms. The amount to be charged is understood as immediate compensation, not necessarily exhaustive, ranging from a minimum of €50.00 to a maximum of €2500.00.
